Ina Fischer

Ina Fischer studied German and political science at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen as well as at the RWTH Aachen and works since 1982 as a self-employed consultant in the innovation sector as well as managing director in several companies. She built up these companies from the get go, set up the structures and organized the business operations.
Her frequent travels to Asia and her business contacts in the Asian market build the solid basis for the international orientation of the Innovative Dragon.

Herwig Fischer
(Technical Director)
Herwig Fischer studied mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen as well as Air- and spacecraft with the main focus on drive technology and composite materials. He is self-employed since 1976 with the focus on engineering and development of innovative products.
Since then he invented and developed 300 innovations with over 150 patents in the product groups automotive, aerospace, drive technology, renewable energies and the sports sector.
As the technical director he is responsible for the planning, construction and technical coordination of the company and all its products as well as the supervision of the CAD-models.

Gerrit Fischer
(Project Manager)
Gerrit Fischer studied mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen as well as business administration at the Business and Information Technology School (BITS) in Iserlohn. Since 2006 he is self-employed as a business consultant and specialized in innovation-management and general business consultancy.
He teached as a private lecturer at the BITS in Iserlohn, where he is also cofounder of the IFWM (Institute for Knowledge management). He is also author and editor of 2 books about knowledge management and business case studies,
He is the Project Leader at the Innovative Dragon ltd. as well responsible for coordination and planning of projects. He also takes care of business planning and the creation of marketing materials and visualizations.
